I haven't tried a bold one like this yet but I have several fabrics in my stash to inspire me to follow you. I think your trim looks great. As for where to place it, that's definitely a personal choice. I for one don't like trims or borders across the bottom of the jacket...too much horizontal line for me at an area tha I don't want your eyes to follow. (I don't have the willowy figures in the Chanel ads) I like the up and down of the collar and the front and then either on the pockets or on the sleeves as well as pockets.Jane Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10236298438179825569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3886486056245673401.post-8145687911985855642009-10-26T04:34:49.866-07:002009-10-26T04:34:49.866-07:00Beautiful! I don't think it will look gaudy.Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08679998588660500127noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3886486056245673401.post-28178838183940719562009-10-25T19:36:36.919-07:002009-10-25T19:36:36.919-07:00It is absolutely beautiful.
